Cafe 63 Giveaway [Closes Thursday, 3 October 2024]
1. Cafe 63 Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to residents of Bundaberg, aged 18 and above.
2. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Kepnock Town Centre and Cafe 63 are not eligible to participate.
3. Participants must have a valid social media account to enter.
How to Enter:
4. To enter, participants must:
- Like the Giveaway post.
- Follow Kepnock Town Centre and Cafe 63 Bundaberg.
- Tag a friend in the comments. Each tag represents an entry.
5. Additional entries can be earned by sharing the Giveaway post to the participant's story and tagging Kepnock Town Centre and Cafe 63.
Giveaway Period:
6. The Giveaway begins on Thursday, 12 September 2024 and ends on Thursday, 3 October 2024 at 4pm ("Giveaway Period").
Winner Selection:
7. The winner will be selected randomly by Kepnock Town Centre and Cafe 63.
8. The winner will be announced on social media and notified through the specified contact method.
Prize:
9. The prize consists of two $100 store vouchers from Cafe 63, valid until 30 November, 2024.
10. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods.
Privacy and Data Usage:
11. By participating, entrants agree to Kepnock Town Centre's privacy policy regarding the collection and use of personal information. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of the Giveaway.
General Conditions:
12. Kepnock Town Centre reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or those that are found to be fraudulent or tampered with.
13. Kepnock Town Centre reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway if necessary and to make the final decision on any matters related to the Giveaway.
Liability:
14. Kepnock Town Centre is not responsible for any issues related to the delivery or use of the prize.
Disputes:
15. Any disputes arising from the Giveaway will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bundaberg, Queensland.
Governing Law:
16. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bundaberg, Queensland.
